RxNow is a digital document and appointment management app for licensed professionals, available on web and Android. We are committed to keeping your data private — never sold or shared with any third party.

Account data: name, email, mobile number, username, hashed password.
Professional profile: registration number, degree, designation, workplace (user-provided).
User-created documents: documents and schedules entered by the user — stored with encryption.
Device data (mobile only): device model, OS version — for bug fixing only.
We do not access location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
3. How We Use Your Information
Store and display your documents and schedules.
Authenticate and secure your account.
Send essential in-app notifications.
Fix bugs and improve app performance.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
4. We Do Not Share Your Data
We do not sell your data — ever.
We do not share with advertisers, analytics, or any third party.
We use no tracking or ad SDKs.
All data stays within RxNow only.
5. Data Security
HTTPS encryption · Hashed passwords · Role-based access · Secure servers with regular reviews. Use a strong password and keep your app updated.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
View and update your data via Profile settings.
Email support@rxnow.com to delete your account and all data (processed within 7 days).
Uninstalling the app does NOT delete server data — email us to remove it.
7. Cookies & App Tracking
Web: Essential session cookies only. No ad or analytics cookies. Android App: No tracking SDKs, no ads, no analytics.
